Closed as program error.

Error description

When submitting the RECEIVE JCL during installation on z/OS,
permissions on resulting hfs folders may not be correct.

Local fix

1. After running the upload.bat file to upload all the files,

2. Go to USS and edit the file
/usr/lpp/dmh/zosscan/dmhuntar.scr, and change the tar command
to have  the p flag.

tar -xvpf dmhhfs.tar

3. Save the file.

4. Then, continue with the rest of the installation and
configuration.

Now, when the RECEIVE job is submitted, the tar command should
restore the permission bits to 755.

Problem summary

Tar command in dmhuntar.scr did not have the p parameter to
restore permissions correctly when untarring file.

Problem conclusion

dmhuntar.scr was changed to have:
tar -xvpf dmhhfs.tar
to restore permission bits to 755.

Temporary fix

change tar command in dmhuntar.scr to include p parameter when
untarring dmhhfs.tar.
