Error description

• When running a batch report, the following error occurred:
  "RSV-SRV-0063 An error occurred while executing the
  'asynchRun_Request' command. RSV-AOM-0013 The xsi:type for the
  element 'Misunderstood' could not be determined ". Following
  this,  another error is thrown: "AAA-AUT-0024 To prevent data
  loss you have been logged off".
  

Local fix

• Log onto the portal again and rerun the batch report
