When parsing CICS programs consisting of SQL statement results
in error AES1004E: Found unsupported syntax nnnn

Local fix

Problem summary

The RAA WPS SQL grammar was missing various syntax checks  (for
WITHOUT HOLD, WITHOUT RETURN, WITH RETURN TO CALLER, WITHOUT
ROWSET POSITIONING and WITH ROWSET POSITIONING clauses of the
DECLARE CURSOR statement,  the FINAL TABLE (insert statement)
option of the sub-select's FROM clause and the
rowset-positioning clause of the DELETE and FETCH statements.

Problem conclusion

The RAA WPS SQL grammar was updated to support the missing
syntax.
