Error description

• Headline:
  Clicking on an IBM Rational Change MS Excel report hyperlink
  always brings up the Rational Change login screen although the
  user is already logged in.
  
  Abstract:
  Attempts to click on an IBM Rational Change MS Excel report
  hyperlink always brings up the Rational Change login screen
  although the user is already logged in.
  
  Error Description:
  To reproduce:
  1)  log into the IBM Rational Change user interface
  2)  create a query and an ad hoc report format using the Excel
  format on the Queries tab
  3)  select the new query and the new format and 'save as'
  Excel-Report
  4)  run this report and save the Excel file on the Reports tab
  5)  open the Excel report and click a hyperlink: this will open
  the Rational Change login screen
  6)  log into Rational Change and the Change Request (CR) details
  are displayed
  7)  select a second hyperlink:
  Expected result:  The CR details are displayed without the need
  to log into Rational Change again.
  Actual result:  The user needs to log into Rational Change
  again.  The same applies to the selection of all subsequent
  hyperlinks.
  This only applies when Rational Change users other than the one
  who created the report select a hyperlink.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  There is no known workaround at this time.
