Error description
When using the IBM Rational License Key Server (RLKS) Administration and Reporting Tool (ART), changing the browser language settings during the administration setting may cause the 'actions' menus to lose content or otherwise be disabled. This issue has most recently been reported when the RLKS Administration and Reporting tool: - is accessed via Firefox; - the browser locale is changed during the session using the following browser option: Tools/Options/Content/Language

Problem conclusion
This is a defect in RLKS Administration and Reporting tool. The issue has been resolved in RLKS 8.1.4.2 release.
