PI11593: APPLYING TM1 10.2 FP1 AFFECT NEGATIVE IMPACT FOR MTQ ON USING CPU EFFECTIVELY THEN IT CAUSE PERFORMACE ISSUE

Error description

• Prerequisite:?Applying FP1 to TM1 10.2 AIX.?It gave negative
  impact for MTQ  on using CPU effectively.?Then this leads
  performance issue when user execute report from BI AIX. Reports'
  data source is TM1. MTQ is set as 8 intm1s.cfg.?the AIX server
  has 3 physical cores (and 4 logical cpus are assigned for each
  physical core so the sar command shows 12
  cpu).??Findings:?Process of creating stargate cube  on TM1 10.2
  FP1 may take longer than that on TM1 10.2??execution time
  comparison?TM1 10.2 FP1 - that of TM1 10.2 = delay??1)from
