Error description
Environment: Windows Product name: IBM Rational Business Developer Program Version : 9.0.0 Description. Its observed that the tabIndex option is not working correctly when tabbing through a page where its intended that readonly fields should not gain focus. The scenario includes a handler containing 4 fields, 2 of which have a tabIndex of -1 to exclude the applicable Dojo widget field from the tabIndex(1 and 3), and 2 others with the default tabIndex. Tabbing through the page should then skip fields 1 and 3 and only fields 2 and 4 should gain focus when tabbing. Starting this handler and then tabbing repeatedly through to obtain focus on the applicable fields only no fields are gaining focus all the fields are being skipped.
