Error description

• Snapshots contain configuration entries for certain versions of
  properties on resources for components, but any properties on
  parents of those resources are not included. This means that
  using a snapshot with locked versions will still use the newest
  version of any properties which are inherited from parent
  resources. Instead, the snapshot should lock in versions for all
  resources in the environment, and any of those resources'
  parents.
