Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9
  The RDz Real Time Syntax Check (RTSC) displays the error,
  'ERROR_TOKEN' unexpected tokens ignored.
   in a COBOL program that uses the logical
   not (ﾪ) symbol.
  
  This error occurs even when the setting to allow
  the Logical NOT support in COBOL files is set:
  Window->-Preferences->Remote Systems->-z/OS->MVS Files and
  Properties-->Mapping  and the 'Logical NOT symbol'
  Both settings are enabled and the Logical NOT symbol can be
  set to any value, but still gets errors.

  Local fix:
  If the codepage for the remote system is set to 1142 then any
  logical NOT characters in SQL statements are not flagged, but
  they are still flagged outside of SQL statements.
