APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• To refresh the SSL certificates the CHIN was stopped and after
  30secs cancelled to avoid the flood of messages CSQX630E .
  This resulted in an ABEND 5C6-00E50001 in CSQEALL,
  followed by an Queue Manager abnormal termination with
  CSQV086E  REASON=00F30801.
  

Local fix

• Do not cancel the CHIN during termination process.

  If CANCEL CHIN command is entered while CHIN is running in
  CSQMCPRH, the recovery routine is executed trying to deallocate
  resources are already deallocated causing abend 5C6-00E50001.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMCPRH has been changed to avoid trying to deallocate
  resources that have already deallocated.
