Error description

• Attempts to display an attribute which has a value of zero
  results in the error   Unhandled runtime exception:
  java.lang.NumberFormatException  in IBM Rational Synergy.
  SYMPTOM
  When you have an object with attribute of type integer and the
  value is zero using the ccm query command with the -format
  option returns an Unhandled runtime exception(URE) error.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1.  Start a Rational Synergy CLI session on a database with at
  least one project in state 'working'
  
  2.  Run following commands:
     a) ccm query -t project -s working
     b) ccm attr -c testattr -t integer -v 0 @1
     c) ccm query -t project -s working -f %testattr
  
  Expected result:
  1) 0
  
  Actual result:
  The following error is returned:
