  In the Logrec report, we found that there was
  an S13E abend while the ACE was going through
  deallocate processing.
  The S13E abend eventually led to an ABEND
  5C6-00F30459 during shutdown.

  *                      REASON=00F30420.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  An application was canceled while in the process of freeing an
  ACE during end context processing. This led to the ACE not being
  freed, however at the time of the cancel the ACE no longer had
  an associated RAL.
  When the queue manager is stopped, or when RRS resync takes
  place, all RRS ACEs are queued for deferred EOT processing,
  however as the ACE from the canceled application no longer
  has a RAL, this leads to CSQ3TM00 abending 5C6-00F30459, and
  the resulting abnormal termination of the queue manager.
  

Problem conclusion

• Queue manager shutdown processing and RRS resynchronisation
  processing are corrected to no longer queue ACEs that have
  already been through deallocation processing (and so have no
  associated RAL) for deferred EOT processing.
