User is trying to create a second Window from Window->New Window, while in Debug view and gets a Nullpointer Exception. This is a bug identified in Eclipse : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=427013

Switch to a different view from Debug and the New Window will work.
