• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Steps to reproduce are:
  
  1) Create a component process with a shell step.  Add
  ${p:username} to the Directory Offset.  Add something simple to
  the "Shell script."
  
  2) In an application process, select to install this component.
  Add an application process property called "username."
  
  3) Run the application process.  Enter any value for username.
  
  RESULT:
  
  The username value does not resolve.
  

Local fix

• There is no known workaround at this time.

Problem conclusion

• In IBM UrbanCode Deploy 6.0.1.3, properties can now defined by
