      MJC 8.0.0.1
  3. Reproduce steps
      a) create a step and give step command
          .bset env 'var1= `type c:\temp\a.txt`'
      b) result
          CRRBF0405I: .bset enviroment'var1' = ''`type' is not
  internal or external command or executable or batch file
  
  3. Business Impact
     The customer recentely installed v80001 and they migrate
  about 500 projects from 7122-1 by bfexport and bfimport because
  they changed database from DB2 to Oracle.  They modify the
  command when they detect the problems.
