  Steps to Reproduce:
  -------------------
  1. Using System architect, create a new encyclopedia (Do not use
  SAEM to create the SAuser role)
  2. Start SAEM an run the sqlRights.sql script available in the
  installation directory on order to create the SAUser role on
  this new encyclopedia
  
  ==? You get an error: 'Granted or revoked privilege EXECUTE is
  not compatible with object.'
