Error description

  • When importing a RequisitePro baseline into RRC 4.0.4 or RRC
4.0.5, the following error occurs and no artifacts are imported:
'CRRRS9254E Error occurred while migrating the RequisitePro user
group and migration of the project will be stopped.
    hide details
ID CRRRW7601E The server request to import the Rational
    RequisitePro project failed.'
    - This error occurs when one or more of the RequisitePro
    user-groups has a space in the group-name.

    Workaround:
    - Unzip the RequisitePro baseline
    - Remove the space from all the group-names inside the
    RequisitePro baseline file 'ProjectUserGroups.XML'.
    - Re-package the RequisitePro baseline.
    It should now import successfully.
