PI10186: Tags applicable to Block are not being displayed in the Feature Dialog of Blocks in Rational Rhapsody

Error description

• Abstract: Attempts to display the Tags in Feature dialog of
  Block fails as the Tags applicable to Block are not getting
  displayed in IBM Rational Rhapsody
  
  Error Description:
  
  Apply the TestFix provided for APAR# PI08157
  
  1. Create a new SysML project
  2. Create a profile (say profile_0)
  3. Add a Tag (say MyBlockTag) applicable to Block
  
  Notice that if you create any new Block further MyBlockTag would
  be visible in the Tags tab (which is correct)
  
  Save the model and close it.
  
  4. Create another SysML project
  5. Add the Profile (profile_0) to it
  6. Create new Block
  
  Notice that though MyBlockTag is applicable to Block the value
  of Tag is not shown in the Feature dialog of Block
  
  WORKAROUND: NA
