Error description

• When running a report interactively in 10.2 (and 10.2 FP1) two
  DMP?s are produced in the Cognos bin directory.  The problematic
  query item appears to be rooted in the filter expression below:
  filter([HR Segment Name],([HRBI Package].[Fiscal Calendar
  Dimension].[Fiscal Calendar Hierarchy].[Fiscal Month].[Fiscal
  Month End Date]=(_add_days(current_date,-8))))
  

Local fix

• use a detail filter in place of the filter expression
