Error description

• Select For All > Latest Available, Deploy server will not set
  the latest version,  if there are more than 10 component in 1
  application.
  
  Steps to reproduce or if has been reproduced on VM image, link
  to image
  
  1. Create a component template that uses File System and 1
  process
  2. Create 11 to 12 componets that use the template
  3. Import a version to each components
  4. Create an application that connects to those components
  5. Create a process that will install multiple components
  6. Create an enviroment for the application
  7. Add an available resource to the environment
  8. Run Process > Select for All > Latest Avaliable
  
  Result: Deploy serer does not list the latest available version
  

Local fix

• The feature works when users select Rows = 25,
