Error description

• Attempt to add fields on visualized class diagram result in
  validation error
  
  In the class diagram for the visualization (in Java project >
  New > Class diagram), when try to add the field in the class on
  diagram (mouse over the class and click the red square icon),
  the error pop up appears and it's not possible to add the field.
  The error message says
  
  'Requested action violates the integrity of the model.
  Reason:
  Requested Operation cancelled: Unable to apply changes to
  Source'

  If a field is added to a class on a diagram, then a dialog
  box is not coming up which enables user to fill various
  details. These details are used during creation of that
  field. As a result of this limitation, field is being
  created with default values.
  

Problem conclusion

• Creating and passing a wrong request to GMF is responsible
  for dialog box not coming up. Solution is to create and pass
  correct request for creation of java field.
