PI09867: Importing XML of a diagram results in relationship undefined in Rational System Architect

Error description

• Attempts to use extensible Markup Language (XML) to import a
  Diagram that was XML exported from another encyclopedia result
  in symbol relationship definitions undefined in IBM
  RationalSystem Architect (SA).
  
  Regression from SA version 11.4.2.5 Fix release.
  
  CONFIGURATION
  Environment = Microsoft Windows (R)
  Tool = Rational System Architect (R)
  Version = 11.4.2.6 Fix release
  
  SYMPTOM
  If you run a report on the relationships notice that some
  symbols are not included. The symbols count is lower.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  1. Count the related symbols on a diagram using a report
     and note the number.
  
  2. Export the diagram via XML to a file.
  
  3. Open another Encyclopedia.
  
  4. Import the XML file.
  
  5. Count the related symbols on a diagram using a report and
     note the number.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT
  The number of symbols for the diagram equal to the previous
  encyclopedia.
  
  ACTUAL RESULT
  The number of symbols for the diagram is less.
  
  WORKAROUND
  The relationships can be redefined if you move each
  Organizational Unit Symbol and Save the Diagram.

• This is working correctly in SA version 11.4.3 Mod release.
