Error description

• When trying to open a WL.SimpleDialog, on Windows 8, after it is
  closed, the following error message appears:
  WL.SimpleDialog.show() cannot be invoked while dialog is open.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed so that the SimpleDialog now functions
  correctly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for fixpack 6.1.0.1.
