Error description

• This defect is from ER#RATLC01551610;
  
  Client is using RSA 8.0.4 and 8.5.1, they have following issue:
  
  Client's project has lots of topologies under folder,  when
  select multiple topologies or all topologies to delete from
  project, it takes long time will cause OOME on a 32 bit 2GB
  memory RSA.
  
  Dev team is investigating and suggest that we can treat delete
  all topologies as a speciall cause and provide client fix first,
  this defect is specially for delete all topologies case;

  While deleting topologies we find references of each element
  in other topologies and update them accordingly. For many
  topologies and elements in them, this process is memory
  consuming.
  

Problem conclusion

• When all topologies are selected there is no need to find
  references in other topologies since all of them are going
  to be deleted.
