PI09152: Opening Explorer Pane in togaf9 encyclopedia results in addition of System and Operational views in Rational System Architect

Error description

• Attempts to use the Explorer Pane in The Open Group Architecture
  Framework (TOGAF) configured Encyclopedia result in the All
  View, System View, AND, Operational View shown in Rational
  System Architect.
  
  CONFIGURATION
  Environment = Microsoft Windows (R)
  Tool = Rational System Architect (R)
  Version = 11.4.2.6 (Build 42)
  
  SYMPTOM
  The Explorer Pane has the buttons enabling the System View, AND,
  Operational View.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  1. Open a TOGAF Encyclopedia (for example SA provided
  JK_Enterprise or create a new TOGAF9).
  
  2. Select the menu View, Explorer.
  
  3. Notice you have the unexpected views.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT
  To not see the All View, System View, OR, Operational View. To
  see the only those Explorer tabs appropriate to TOGAF.
  
  ACTUAL RESULT
  Seeing the All View, System View, AND, Operational View. These
  are not appropriate for TOGAF.
  
  WORKAROUND
  Do this:
  1) Backup the BrowserTabsDefault.xml file in the user profile in
  for example C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Telelogic\System
  Architect
  1) Edit the BrowserTabsDefault.xml file in a text editor.
  2) Remove the lines for each Explorer view, for example
  ?BrowserTab Name='All View'?...?/BrowserTab?
  3) Reopen SA and the encyclopedia and load again the Explorer.
