Problem summary


    

  • RLKS Administration and Reporting Tool cannot generate different
 out-of-box reports when the lmgrd.log file contains unicode
characters.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This is a defect in the tool and has been handled in RLKS
8.1.4.2 release. Refer to 'Resolution Description' for more
details.
