PI08782: XQE-DAT-0001 error trying to pass a date to a stored procedure in Dynamic Query Mode

Error description

• When trying to pass a prompted value through to a stored
  procedure that accepts a data (or datetime) parameter an error
  is thrown stating:??XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error:
  com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.?SQLServerException: Incorrect
  syntax near the keyword 'CONVERT'. - when?processing query:CALL
  "GOSALESDW"."gosalesdw"."Datetestsample" (?CONVERT(DATE, {d
  '2013-12-20'})?).??The same procedure works with no issue in
  CQM?
  

Local fix

• Modify /configuration/xqe/sqlserver.properties file... #literals
  .format.date=CONVERT(DATE, {d '%1$04d-%2$02d-%3$02d'}) literals.
  format.date= {d '%1$04d-%2$02d-%3$02d'}
