Error description

• Simplified Script - Skip and Continue does not work for the
  Object Not Found handler
  
  When you playback an IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT) script
  with a failed verification point (VP), the playback halts even
  if you set Skip and Continue.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  1. Enable Simplified Scripting.
  2. Record a script with a VP and actions after that VP.
  3. Playback the script and observe that the result is Pass.
  4. Do the necessary things to have the VP fail.
  5. Click Properties > Playback.
  6. Select Skip and Continue in Exception Handlers > Object not
     Found.
  7. Playback the script again.
  8. Observe that the playback stops directly when the VP fails.

  When the user selects "Skip and Continue" as the action for
  the ObjectNotFoundException for a specific step in the
  simplified script, the script execution stops instead of
  skipping and continuing with the next step in the script.
  

Problem conclusion

• When the user selects "Skip and Continue" as the action for
  the ObjectNotFoundException for a specific step in the
  simplified script, the script execution stops instead of
  skipping and continuing with the next step in the script.
  This is because the skip and continue method was returning
  without any action, causing the playback loop to exit.
