Error description

  • Code containing XML fails with error IGYPG3327-U when using
WSCLEAR option.

Local fix

  • Not specifying WSCLEAR bypasses the problem.

Problem summary

  • USERS AFFECTED:
COBOL programs with XML statements and the compiler option
WSCLEAR are affected by this issue.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
OBOL programs with XML and WSCLEAR fail at compile time.

Problem conclusion

  • The compiler has been fixed to prevent the code generation
error.
