PI08315: FILES TYPES FOR THE CLEARCASE/CADENCE INTEGRATION ARE MISSING FROM THE MAGIC FILE

Error description

When working in the IBM Rational ClearCase/Cadence integration,
adding binary Cadence files to source control that do not exist
in the default magic file will fail with

"Error (ccase):  Type manager "text_file_delta" failed
create_version operation."

The Cadence file types do not exist in the default magic file.

Local fix

Manually add the files and the appropriate type to the magic
file.
