PI08260: Filtered ARXML Export contains entire project in Rational Rhapsody

Error description

• Filtered ARXML Export contains all the project when no objects
  exist at filter ouput
  - open a new Rhapsody in C project with AUTOSAR 3.2 profile
  - import arxml file or add an existing project
  - create an export filter for 'Compu*' elements (for example)
  - export with filter - the export is correct, the filter is used
  - delete all elements for 'Compu*'
  - export with filter again
  - now the export arxml file should be empty as no filter
  criteria match, but the entire model is exported
