PI08112: Drill thru link on a text item is not announced as a link using JAWS.

Error description

• Cognos Reports - Sections 508 compliance  JAWS reads out the
  drill through link as Drill Through Available Link when the
  drill through is on a data item inside the list or crosstab,
  however when the drill thru link is on a text and not a data
  item JAWS reads out the text on the link but does not announce
  it as a Link
