PI07642: CCZ TSOC ABENDS WHEN ONLY PRESSING ENTER ON MAIN PANEL WITHOUT INPUTTING ANYTHING

Error description

Customer z/OS level is  1.9.
CCz version is 8.0.1.

User starts TSOC without cache and enter main panel.
User presses Enter directly.
Then an abend exception is displayed as below.
CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
Completion Code 0C4).
         From enttry point strlen(const char*) at compile unit
offset +0000005E at entry offset +0000005E at address 26D37D8E.

IRX0255E Abend in host command Select or address environment
routine ISPEXEC.
