  The generator logic for cobolGen was not checking the ISA
  operand against exception type records, resulting in false
  every time. Logic has been added to check the various
  exception records, from the currently executing exception
  only. It is not possible to do an ISA against an old
  exception that has been replaced by a new exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• The software has been updated.
