APAR status

Error description

• When using the IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Client in IBM
  Rational Software Architect (RSA), primarily when opening the
  'Pending changes' view, RSA crashes on loading a workspace if
  the 'Pending Changes' view is open.
  
  The defect is reported to occur with Eclipse v4.2 (RSA v9.0) and
  can also occur in shell-shared environments with RSA 8.5.1,
  which uses Eclipse 3.6.
  
  There is also a Java defect associated with this problem and it
  is planned to be fixed with Java 7 SR6:
