Error description

• Problem description
  Mandatory attribute decoration are not there if the state change
  is done in the plan preview editor. The work item cannot be
  saved when the mandatory field is not set. Users gets error like
  ' 'Save Work Item' failed. Preconditions have not been met: The
  'Found In' attribute needs to be set (work item xy).'
  
  
  How to reproduce:
  
  Pre-requests
  * Add a non-attribute based presentation for 'Workflow State' to
  the plan preview editor for 'Defect'. Add the attribute Found In
  to this presentation.
  * Add some values for Release
  * Make the attribute Found In mandatory for the state In
  Progress for Defect
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1.Create an iteration plan
  2.  Create a new defect from the iteration plan.
  3. Save the plan (which saves that defect)
  4. Hit the refresh icon in the Firefox address bar (not the
  application refresh button)
  5. Select 'Edit work item' for your defect from step 2
  6. Change the state to 'in progress'
  
  Expected behavior:
  There should be an asterisk for 'Found In' attribute
  
  Actual behavior:
   No such asterisk for 'Found In' attribute
   If the user is not doing step 4 (refresh) the asterisk appears
  for the newly created WI. If the user is opening a plan with
  existing WI and edit it, changing the status to In Progress the
  asterisk does not appear.
