  A RUI Widget related application which fires two service calls
  in quick succession periodically throws a NullPointerException
  via the EGL proxy.
  The example scenario is with an application which includes a
  button 'call service twice' that instigates the dual service
  calls where approximately 10% of the service calls will throw
  these exceptions eg::

• Add synchronized accessing mechanism to read the DOM element
