Error description

Scanning some PL/I code, RAAz appears to loop, taking
significant CPU, and never finishes.  The symptom is
recreateable using the same PL/I assets.

Problem summary

The use of a reserved word as a data name --or-- the use of an
undocumented clause causes RAA to use the functionality named
Soft Keyword (which is an attempt to accept an invalid syntax
and continue processing).  This functionality when invoked for
two-part SQL statements (like INSERT...SELECT FROM) did not
clear all the fields from the first (invalid) attempt to accept
the syntax.

Problem conclusion

RAA code was changed to reset all internal fields, before
accepting the word or clause.
