    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The CPU and storage usage increases in *
    * the channel initiator over time, *
    *                      indicated by message CSQX004I.          *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When clients sharing conversations (i.e. SHARECNV > 0) are used
    in conjunction with message handles, the XMSH, ZSTM, XHSG and
    ZRFP control blocks anchored in the session get allocated by
    rriGetMsgHandle, however they are not released when the
    conversation and session are ended.
    Thus storage is leaked.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was changed to correctly free the message handle
    control blocks when the session is deallocated.
