Rational Change Interim Fix 3 for 5.2.0.8

Error description

• During login to IBM Rational Change a pop-up window shows:
  'Do you want to execute this application?'
  and the warning:
  'This application will be blocked in a future Java security
  update because the manifest in the Jar-file does not contain the
  attribute 'privileges'.
