  Description.
  Selecting a label of a radio button does not behave correctly.
  The 'checked' attribute is set properly, but the 'selected'
  attribute is not updated, so when you click the label of a Dojo
  RadioGroup the checked attribute is set to true but the selected
  attribute is still false.
  
  This is reproducible with the following example within RBD,
  com.ibm.egl.rui.dojo.samples_2.1.3, and the associated
  DojoRadioGroupSample.egl.
  a) Select 'Coffee' via the RadioBox option and the text output
  also confirms coffee as the selection.
  b) Select the label for 'Soda' and it correctly checks the
  Radiobox.
  However it does not update the text output as Soda it retains
  the previous value for Coffee.
  This always occurs with label selections, it only changes the
  text if you select a Radiobox directly.
