Error description

• This is a backport of the fix for apar PM93194
  
  Rational Developer for System z 9.0 - RDz - When copy/paste done
  within Host Connection Emulator session, a '?' appears at the
  end of the 'pasted' content.
  
  When performing copy/paste within RDz v9 Host Connection
  Emulator, a '?' is added to the string/content following the
  paste.  Copy of content in HCE is accomplished by 'marking'
  content/string, right mouse click and selecting 'copy' from
  context menu.  After paste (RMC -? 'paste') is done, the
  question mark symbol follows the pasted content.

           Paste - TEST-STRING?

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: There were issues with modifying the copy
  function of the HCE. When fixing PM81171 Rational
  Developer for System z (RDz) Host Connection Emulator Copy/Paste
  into Notepad loses CRLF.  The copy function was copying extra
  characters that HCE couldn't display.

Problem conclusion

• Problem Resolution: Unnecessary characters are now removed.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.5.1.4 ifix1 which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
