Error description

  • Problem Description :
The order that jar files are examined by the
WebSphere extension classloader may change when ITCAM Converged
Data Collector 7.2 is configured on WebSphere Application
Servers. If customer applications rely on the order that jar
files are examined in the WebSphere extension library directory
     this may cause unexpected results.

Local fix

  • Workaround: Locate the ITCAM runtime custom directory for the
server and edit the file toolkit_custom.properties adding the
       line:
         am.was.replace.ws.ext.dir.libext=
         (i.e. an empty value)
