  The property CG::Class::ActiveMessageQueueSize has no effect
  with QNX 6.5 when using IBM Rational Rhapsody 8.0.1. The
  message queue keeps growing past the size specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1) The ActiveMessageQueueSize issue was fixed in version
  8.0.6
  2) The operation OMReactive::handleEventNotQueued is empty
  by default. It should be implemented by the user.
