  Checked the behavior in MS Excel, and the ascending order lists
  the '_' (underscore) first and then the '-'(hyphen).

  * '_,underscore' and '-,hyphen', listed in different order in  *
  * left plane and right plane of DOORS database Explorer. See   *
  * the attached screenshot. Checked the behavior in MS Excel,   *
  * and the ascending order lists the '_' (underscore) first and *
  * then the '-'(hyphen). This can create confusion when you     *
  * have project's that are used as templates for other          *
  * projects. Workaround: Use either underscore or hyphen for    *
  * all project namings.                                         *
  * For an example on the inconsistency between the sorting      *
  * order folllowed for tree-view and list-view, see the         *
  * attached screenshot.                                         *

Problem conclusion

• Sorting orders of Database Explorer tree-view and list-view now
  consistent with each other.
