• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the pdsUtil program that's shipped with the RD&T
  install, users have noticed it deletes trailing slashes on the
  overlay.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The use of the pdsUtil command on a file with whitespace at the
  end of the line in an odd-numbered column could be deleted.  The
  trailing slashes in a file were being deleted unless there were
  sequence numbers at the end of the line.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed pdsUtil to not delete a line with whitespace at the end of
  the line.
