  Description.
  Its been observed that using the EGL client interface wizard to
  generate a service from a third party WSDL can then produce an
  error when trying to consume the applicable web service at
  runtime, debug eg:
  egl.core.ServiceBindingException: EGL1603E An error occurred
  while loading the ws service.
  Error: An error occurred parsing WSDL file: WSDLException (at
  /definitions/types/xsd:schema):
  faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Problem parsing
  '/wsdlsource\http://ws1.webservices.nl/schemas/soapencoding.xml'
  .:
  \wsdlsource\http:\ws1.webservices.nl\schemas\soapencoding.xml
  (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is
  incorrect.).
  EGL0002I The error occurred in wstest processing the main
  function.
  
  This has been identified as a WSDL parsing defect by RBD
  development.
