PI06087: USING IN_RANGE WITH END DATE OF 12-31-9999 AGAINST ORACLE GIVES ORA-01841

Error description

• When filtering a date (using a Date prompt) against Oracle and
  selecting an end date of 12-31-9999 the where clause in the SQL
  is generated as:?? where
  "TIME_DIMENSION"."DAY_DATE">=to_date('2013-11-13 00:00:00',
  'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS') and "TIME_DIMENSION"."DAY_DATE"<(
  to_date('9999-12-31 00:00:00', 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS') +
  INTERVAL '1' DAY )??which results in Oracle interpreting that as
  10000-01-01 which is not a valid date and thus "ORA-01841:
  (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0" is
  thrown.
