PI06027: Query Studio filter using "Not in last <N> days" returns future dates if it is not first in the filter list

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a "Not in last <N> days" filter, Query Studio returns
  future dates as detailed in PM94028. Interim Fix 10.2.1.1_IF1036
  can be applied to resolve PM94028, but the problem still happens
  if the filter in question is not first in the filter list.
  

Local fix

• Change the order of filters in the Combine Filter dialog so that
   the "Not in last <n> days" filter is first in the list.
