APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Module created/appended by exporting Word document to DOORS
  cannot be closed when the Export to DOORS operation is cancelled
  in Word.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  -----------------------
  1? On a machine which has Microsoft Word and DOORS installed,
  open any Word document that you would like to export to DOORS
  using the 'Export to DOORS' addin.
  
  2? Start an export from Word to DOORS, a Module is either
  created (if a Module with the same name doesn't exist) OR
  appended (if a Module with the same name already exists)
  
  3? Click on 'Cancel' on the Word Export to DOORS window to
  cancel the export operation mid way through.
  
  4? Now, try to close the Module of step 2. You would notice that
  the Module cannot be closed. Instead a Pop-up message indicating
  the following is displayed:
  
  'Microsoft Word is exporting data to Rational DOORS. Wait until
  the export completes: or cancel the export in Microsoft Word and
  then close the Module'
  
  5? Even Closing the Microsoft Word instance doesn't help in
  being able to close the DOORS Module.
  
  Workaround:
  ========
  After you close out Word instance as in step 5, open a blank
  Word document and export the blank document to the same Module
  as in step 2.
  
  You would be prompted to append the data to the Module and that
  Word contains only one paragraph.
  Once this dummy blank export completes, you can now Close the
  DOORS Module, which wasn't getting closed in step 4

Problem conclusion

• The setting of an internal flag prevents the lock trigger (which
  shows that message) from being deleted.  Changed to set the flag
  after the trigger has been removed.
